We deliver all Khushabi Sweets to all over the Pakistan. Yes. The rates are same for all customers.

How will I know that my required product is unavailable?
If you have placed an order for a sweet that is unavailable, our customer service team will notify you about the situation. You can either order any other sweet or cancel the order.

Can I change my order before or after confirmation?
You can change your order till the time your order is confirmed by our team. Once the order is confirmed then no alteration can be made.

Is Urgent Delivery of my order possible?
We deliver orders during the standard delivery timings between 11:00AM to 7:00PM PST in all cities of Pakistan. However, you can ask for Urgent Delivery by calling 03344835488

How many days you offer for delivery?
Dhoda Online offers 2/3 days delivery excluding holidays from the date of placement of order.

What could outcome in late delivery of my order?
Dhoda Online Team does its best to deliver all parcels on time. But the following reasons may create any hurdle:

We assure 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our Sweets Delivery. However, if you have any complaint about quality you can complain our team. We will satisfy your complaint. No refunds will be accepted for sweets delivered at invalid addresses provided by the customer.

Can I send Parcel to some residing in another city/place?
Ofcourse we will send your gift to any other city on your behalf but in this case you must pay in adance.
